Each customer must be directed to the right shop and attended to personally by the mall staff. As business gets better, it will take more speed, concentration and skill in order to manage the growing number of shoppers strolling in!

Players can hire more staff, open more shops, and upgrade the mall’s facilities in order to improve their customers’ shopping experience.
